Claire Marie (DeSalvo) Goodrich

died at her home in Milton, Wednesday April 7, 2010. She was 93 years old. Born in Boston, she was a graduate of Memorial High School, Roxbury. Mrs. Goodrich has been a resident of Milton since 1954. She was a former member of the Milton Women’s Club and life member of Wollaston Golf Club, both in Milton and Miles Grant Golf Club of Stuart, FL, where she was a winter resident. Mrs. Goodrich was an avid bridge player and golfer. Beloved wife of the late Leo T. Goodrich. Loving mother of Lee Mahoney and her husband Michael of Hingham, Donald Goodrich and his wife Joan Verardo of  Narragansett, RI, Anne Marie Eddy and her husband Errol of Stuart, FL, Paul Goodrich and his wife Christine of Quincy and William Goodrich and his wife Ilze of North Easton. Claire is survived by twenty grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and is the sister of Frieda Martens of Hyde Park, Virginia Connerney of Braintree and the late Mildred Meehan, Adolph DeSalvo, William DeSalvo, Victoria Burak and Henry Marcoaldi. At Claire’s request, there are no visiting hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Elizabeth Church, Reedsdale Road at Randolph Avenue, Milton, Saturday April 10 at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment Milton Cemetery. Marjorie A. (Cummins) Connors

died at Alliance Healthcare Center, Braintree, Saturday April 3, 2010, after a period of failing health. She was 94 years old. Born and raised in Brighton, she was a graduate of Brighton High School. Mrs. Connors was a longtime resident of Concord, Mass., before moving to Fort Lauderdale many years ago. She was a volunteer at the Morikami Museum and Park, Delray Beach, Florida for many years. Wife of the late John Connors. Mother of John Connors, Jr. Sister of the late Lydia L. McGrath, Charlotte Quinan, Helen Moore, Mary Stewart and Frances Cummins. Jean Soltaire Dubuisson

a building maintenance supervisor, died suddenly at Faulkner Hospital Friday March 26, 2010. He was 65 years old. Born and raised in Haiti, he has lived in Boston for many years. Beloved husband of Yolande (Beauchamp) Dubuisson. Father of Jocelyn Dubuisson, Jeffrey Dubuisson, Johnny Dubuisson, Sony Dubuisson, Aline Dubuisson, Florence Dubuisson and the late Carroll Dubuisson. Brother of Carmelina Lespinasse, Jean Joseph Dubuisson, and the late Jean Carmile Dubuisson and Jean Wilbert Dubuisson. a retired baker, died at Lemuel Shattuck Hospital, Boston, Sunday March 27, 2010. He was 47 years old. Born in Boston, he is the son of Leroy and Roberta Brooks. Leonce A. Jean-Pierre

a retired tailor, died at Caritas Carney Hospital, Dorchester, Sunday March 27, 2010. He was 95 years old. Born in Haiti, he served in the Haitian military until he moved to the United States. Husband of the late Anitte (Chamblen) Jean-Pierre. Father of Jean Claude Jean-Pierre and Chantal Jean-Pierre. Donald E. Howard

a retired chemist, died at Vernon Hall Nursing Home, Cambridge, Sunday March 28, 2010. He was 83 years old. A United States Navy veteran of World War II, Mr. Howard will be buried with military honors at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, Thursday April 8 with funeral prayers offered at 11:30 AM.
