Frank R. Capaccioli

Frank R. Capaccioli, of Braintree, died Thursday July 22, 2010. He was 50 years of age. He was a laborer for most of his life; among his interests, he was a motorcycle enthusiast. Beloved father of Johannah Slattery of New Bedford, Spc. Kyle Capaccioli, US Army of Fort Hood, Texas and Rachel Capaccioli of Chandler, AZ. Son of the late John C. and Margaret (Young) Capaccioli. Brother of John C. Capaccioli of Marstons Mills, Arthur Capaccioli and Gail Capaccioli, both of Braintree and the late Lisa Zahn. Frank is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to a Memorial Gathering Wednesday August 11, 2010 at the Braintree D.A.V. Hall, 788 Liberty Street, Braintree from 4-8 PM. Leo Arthur Howe

Leo Arthur Howe, a retired carpet cleaner, died Tuesday July 20 at Radius Healthcare Center, Danvers. He was 83 years old. Born in Marblehead, Massachusetts, he was the son of the late John Howe and Evelyn Osborne. Leo was a World War II Navy veteran.  Graveside service with military honors at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, Friday August 6 at 2:45 PM. Relatives and friends invited.

Eleanor F. “Ellie” (Graham) Albanese

Eleanor F. “Ellie” (Graham) Albanese, of Neponset, died after a brief illness on July 28, 2010. Prior to her retirement, Ellie was  the Manager of the Linen Room at Long Island Hospital. She also worked as a Nurse’s Aide for the City of Boston. She was a member of St. Ann’s/St. Brendan’s Parish Bowling League for 56 years.

Beloved wife of the late James J. Albanese. Loving mother of Eleanor M. “Honey” DeYoung of Wilmington and Jeanne T. Bolduc and her husband David of Mattapan. Sister of Helen Cecilian of FL, Patricia McIver, Anna Hutchings and Joseph Graham, all of Squantum, Edward Graham of Weymouth and the late Marguerite Costello, Mary Ellis, Elizabeth McIver, Frederick, Robert, Leo, Genevieve and Thomas Graham. Eleanor is survived by 4 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Ann Church, Neponset, on Monday, August 2 at 10AM. Dorothy M. (Barry) Moran

Dorothy M. (Barry) Moran, of Hyde Park, age 91, died at Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Quincy, July 27, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Thomas E. Moran. Loving mother of Thomas E. and his wife Diane of NH, Gerard and his wife Paula of Wilmington, Francis and his wife Kathleen of Hanson, Paul and his wife Ruth of NY and Richard and his wife Elaine of Dorchester. Also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Pius X Church, Wolcott Road, Milton, Saturday July 31 at 10:00 AM. Walter F. Leavey

Walter F. Leavey, a retired equipment installer, died suddenly July 23, 2010 at his home in Weymouth. He was 61 years old.

Born in Boston, he was raised in Mattapan and graduated from Hyde Park High School. Mr. Leavey retired as an equipment installer in 2008 from Verizon after forty years of employment. He was a true family man, devoted to his wife, children and neighbors.

Beloved husband of Virginia M. (Morris) Leavey. Loving father of Jessica L. Caruso and her husband Brian M. of Manchester, NH, Daniel W. Leavey of Weymouth and Michael J. Leavey and his fiancé Erin S. Moore of Quincy. Brother of Lillianann Arsenault, Marylou Storella, William Leavey, Kenneth Leavey, Joseph Leavey and the late Arthur Leavey.

Anna M. (Dacey) Halloran

Anna M. (Dacey) Halloran, a retired manager for New England Telephone, died at her home in Franklin, Friday July 23, 2010.

Born in Boston, she was raised in Allston and graduated from Brighton High School (1939) and Boston Clerical School. In 1940 she started working for New England Telephone and Telegraph as an operator. She retired in 1990 as a manager after 50 years of employment. Mrs. Halloran then worked for Faulkner Hospital as an operator for the patient information line for 12 years.

Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Halloran. Beloved mother of Mary H. Macedo and her husband Daniel of Wrentham, R. Barry Halloran and his wife Karan of Norwell, Dennis B. Halloran and his wife Geraldine of Hanover, Anne T. Halloran of Boston, Kenneth P. Halloran and his wife Ann of Quincy and the late Edward B. Halloran and Rev. Mother Anne Halloran, OCD. Anna is survived by 13 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Daughter of the late Daniel and Elizabeth (Frahill) Dacey. Sister of Mary Drake of West Roxbury and the late Margaret Dacey and Daniel Dacey.

John James “Bud” Moran

John James “Bud” Moran, of Framingham, formerly of Milton, died on July 23, 2010 in Framingham. A US Army veteran of the Korean War, Bud worked as a Manager supervising cost proposal work at Raytheon. He was the beloved husband of Ellen Marie (McCabe) Moran. Father of Maura Allard of Beverly and John J. Moran of St. Louis, MO. Brother of Theresa Schwalm of Plymouth and the late Anne Riccelli and Mary R. O’Brien. Bud is survived by his grandchildren Matthew and Devin Hopkins and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held  at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Ave. MILTON on Wednesday, July 28 at 11:30AM. Relatives and friends invited. Jacqueline Herel White

Jacqueline Herel White, a retired elementary school principal, died at Colonial Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Weymouth, after a long illness, Thursday July 22, 2010.

Born in Staten Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Mullin Herel. She graduated from the College of New Rochelle and received her M.A. from Columbia University. In 1957 she married the late William Wallace White and they moved to Scituate. Mrs. White was a teacher and became the first woman principal in the Scituate Public Schools. Over the next twenty years, she was principal of the Central, Hatherly and Cushing Schools.

She was dedicated to the children of Scituate and active in many civic and professional organizations. Mrs. White was active at St. Francis Cabrini Church. She was a vigorous advocate for pet adoption and enjoyed and promoted the arts.

Loving mother of Bill White and his wife Sharon of Scituate, Jacqueline McCarthy and her husband Kevin of Quincy and Patricia White and her husband Rick Martin of NYC. Grandmother of Oscar White Chappelle. Sister of Frank J. Herel and his wife Elizabeth of Old Saybrook, CT.

Daniel P. Perruzzi Sr.

Daniel P. Perruzzi Sr., a retired carpenter with Local 40, died at his home in  Dorchester, Sunday July 18, 2010. Beloved husband of Constance L. Perruzzi. Loving father of Nancy R. and John McFeeley of Norwood, Daniel P. Jr. and Gayle of Weymouth and Christopher A. and Olivia Perruzzi of Waltham. Also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
