Mary Agnes Sherin, a retired executive secretary, died at Life Care Center of the South Shore, Scituate, Saturday August 4, 2012. She was 95 years old. Born in Boston and raised in Dorchester, Mary was a graduate of Dorchester High School for Girls and Boston Clerical School. She was employed at John Hancock for over fourteen years and retired from Bank of Boston in 1982. She was a longtime resident of Boston, moving to Scituate in 2009. Beloved daughter of the late John F. and Mary A. (Thatcher) Sherin. Godmother of James and Brenda.
