Years later she would give birth to Roscoe Jr. and three years later to Daniel. Anna believed that education was important as well as a stable home life. While Roscoe Sr. built his gas company and later, his construction company, Anna would sacrifice her career in order to be there for her two sons’ when they returned home from school.

Once her sons could stay home by themselves after school, Anna restarted her career by briefly working for her husband as an office manager for a very short time then working at Leonhard Co. in Brookline MA as a bookkeeper and later working for Harvard University in their accounting department in which she would later retire. Upon retiring, Anna purchased her first home on her own as well as a brand-new Lexus of which she was very proud.

Anna was never one to pass up an opportunity for a social outing, whether it was going to the local bingo games or going with friends and family down to Foxwoods, Anna always enjoyed staying active and being out with others. Anna also enjoyed fishing and most of all playing poker with friends and family.

Anna resided with her son for the last eleven years in an in-law apartment in Windham, NH. Anna’s last year on earth was difficult as she needed assistance doing some of the simple things in life, but Anna never felt sorry for herself and was always concerned about others. Anna spent her last year in and out of the hospital and nursing rehabilitation facilities due to her declining health, however, she always enjoyed spending time with her family and friends at home.

Anna would want to be remembered as giving everything she could for her family and friends. She did this with class, grace, and a smile that would light an entire room.
