Ralph D. Springer Jr.
Ralph Duke Springer Jr., 67, of Dorchester, passed away peacefully at Seasons Hospice, Milton, on Friday, August 9, 2019. He was surrounded by family and friends who visited him from near and far in his final days. He handled his illness with his characteristic strength, grace and humor and remained himself right up until the very end.
Beloved husband of Carol (Meislin) Springer. Loving father of Anna Katherine and Ralph Ian Springer.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington St., DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, on Saturday, August 17 at 2pm. Relatives and friends invited. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Seasons Hospice Foundation, 8537 Solution Center, Chicago, IL 60677.

Sorry to say we loss a very good friend and Ralph you will for ever be in our hearts Rest In Peace my friend.
Carol both you and Ralph were some of the quitest people on the whole street. It took a few years to get him to wave as we both left for work each day. But then he alway looked to see if I was driving down the street as he would wait on the stairs to wave back.
My parents taught me that a wave, a smile, a “Hello”, could help make someone’s day. Ralph gave me that smile, starting my day with a smile and I knew the day was going to be summy even if it rained. This I will miss, but know that his smile will be spread to all for EVER!
Raph rest in PEACE as you are now PAIN FREE!
Carol, as Ralph will no longer be at home….Ralph will be with you always!
