Ann Donnelly of Brookline, MA and St. Petersburg, FL died peacefully on Feb 16, 2019.  Born in Boston, MA, she grew up in West Roxbury and graduated from St. Clare High School and continued on to Emmanuel College after which she received her Master in Spanish from the Universidad de Madrid. Ann began her career at the Red Cross where she met her husband Lou Baer. While she continued her career as a court reporter at the Boston Superior Court, she and Lou enjoyed traveling together especially enjoying Maine and Ireland. Upon retiring to St. Petersburg FL – Ann and Lou were involved in various volunteer activities. Upon his death in 2002, she continued to live in Florida volunteering and spending time with friends and family. She was a fountain of knowledge of her family’s history and enjoyed sharing stories and photos with family and friends.

She is survived by her sisters, Sr Katherine Donnelly MFIC of Newton MA and Mary Leary of Bonita Springs FL, nieces, Heather Leary of Waltham MA and Jennifer Leary of Seattle WA as well as many cousins and longtime friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, Feb 24^th from 11am-1pm at Dolan Funeral Home 460 Granite Ave, EAST MILTON SQUARE. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
