Edna (Killeen) McDonnell, of Milton, died Monday January 2, 2017.

Beloved wife of the late Henry J. McDonnell. Loving mother of John J. McDonnell and his wife Kristen of Framingham. Cherished Nana of Henry and Alexander. Edna is also survived by brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews.

Edna enjoyed gardening, walking and reading her daily newspaper. The most important aspect of her life was spending time with her family and her grandchildren who were the cornerstone of her life. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known her.

Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in Saint Elizabeth Church, Reedsdale Road, Milton, Friday January 6 at 9:00AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4-7 PM in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS. Burial in Saint Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury.
