John P. Karle Jr.
John P. Karle Jr., of Milton, passed away on May 27, 2016 at Mass General Hospital in Boston. Beloved husband of 24 years to Deirdre (Wallace) Karle. Proud and devoted father to son John (Jack) Karle. Loving son of John (Jack) P. Karle Sr. of Jupiter Island, Fl and the late Patricia (Donovan) Karle. Caring brother of Susan Ferguson and her husband David of Libertyville, Il, Patricia Jenkins and her husband Brad of Tewksbury and Priscilla Pilon and her husband Matthew of Middletown, RI and Houston, Texas. Born in Milton, John spent his formative years in North Scituate, MA. He graduated from Xaverian Brothers High School in 1979 and Saint Michael’s College in Vermont in 1983. John earned his MBA at Babson College in 1986 and combining his love of travel, skiing and finance spent the following year in Switzerland. John was a long time employee of Bank of America, most recently as Senior Vice President in the Global Banking Division. Besides being a great husband, father, son, brother and friend, he enjoyed entertaining in Milton and Falmouth where he could be found preparing gourmet meals for family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Thursday morning, 9 – 10:30 AM at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Ave, MILTON, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Agatha’s Church in Milton at 11 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael’s College in Colchester Vermont.
