Ezell Carter Jr. of Brockton, passed away January 26, 2016. Beloved father of Charletha Carter, Ezell Carter III, and Joshua McMillan Carter.  Visitation will be held at Jubilee Christian Church in Mattapan, Thursday, February 11 at 10AM. The Funeral Service will begin at 11AM. Interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
