Catherine  A. (Manning) Walsh , life long resident of Dorchester Lower Mills, on Friday, May 8, 2015.  Beloved wife of the late Senator Joseph B. Walsh.  Devoted and loving mother of John “Brian” Walsh and his wife Maureen of So. Weymouth, Joseph M. Walsh of Dorchester, Robert Walsh and his wife Rose of Norfolk, James C. Walsh and his wife Nancy of Braintree, Christopher Walsh of Dorchester  and Stephen M. Walsh and his wife Holly  of Pembroke.  Sister of Richard Manning of Duxbury and the late John, Thomas, Dano, Joseph, and Mary Manning.  Also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Gregory Church, Dorchester Ave., Dorchester on Monday, May 11 at 12:00 Noon.  Relatives and friends invited.  Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington St. DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS  on Sunday, 4-7 PM.  Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery.  Memorial donations in Catherine’s memory may be made to St. Gregory Church, 2215 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester, MA 02124.  Longtime member of Lower Mills VFW Post 8699 Ladies Auxiliary.
