Earle C. Graves of Canton, 97 years young, died October 5^th at home. He was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy ( Bagge) Graves. Devoted father of Earle C. Graves and his wife Glenice of Greenville, SC and Carla L. Ganter of Brockton.  Grandfather of Dorothy Graves of  Spartanburg, SC, Lois & her husband Mike Griffin of Charlotte, NC and Carl Graves of Greenville, SC.  Funeral Service at the Parkway United Methodist Church, 158 Blue Hills Parkway, Milton , Saturday at 9:30 am.  Visiting hours in the Dolan & Chapman Funeral Home, 5 Canton Ave., MILTON VILLAGE, Fri. 4- 8 pm. Earle served in the Army Air Corps during WW II as a Drill Instructor.  Earle was a member of the Milton Masonic Lodge and various Veterans Affiliations.  Worked as a furniture salesman at Allen Furniture, John H Prays, Jordan Marsh, and Cabot House along with selling table pads for 20 years after he retired!  Known to all that was blessed to meet him as the life of the party and known by many as “Dad”.
