Mrs. Alba was a wonderful woman. I will always remember the laughter over the years. Sharing great jokes with her son in her kitchen. She was always ready for our stories. Stay strong Alba family! Our prayers are with you.

I had the best Nana in the world!! I will miss you very much and I love you! We shared many fun times together and I will never forget any of them! I know you will always be watching over me even at my gymnastic meets. I will make you proud, I promise!
I will always miss you, love you, and never forget you!
Love your granddaughter, Mia!
To Donna and the entire Alba family – I am so very, very sad to have just learned that Claire passed away. She was a wonderful mother and a beautiful person. I am grateful to have fond memories of time spent as a teenager in the Alba home – yours was and is the kind of beautiful family that others aspire to have. I am heartbroken that I missed the opportunity to be with you during such a difficult time, and to say goodbye. Love and peace to you all.
I worked with Claire in Jordan Marsh in the fifties. Claire was always fun to be with and kind to any new girls. Dinner at Arnell’s with all squeezed together in one booth (Claire, Diane, Donna,Franny and as many as could fit) helped make a mundane job tolerable.
She looked beautiful in her blue/aqua gown at senior prom.
I remember with fondness.
