Eileen M. Crowley
Eileen M. Crowley of Milton, passed away on March 26, 2020. Beloved sister of the late Julia “Ena” Crowley, Daniel Crowley, Patrick Crowley, and Catherine Sheppard. Eileen was the devoted aunt to many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews. Funeral service and interment will be private. A memorial service will be celebrated at a later date. Such a beautiful friend and lady. I will miss you so much. We go back such a long way with many many wonderful memories.
Wonderful Eileen was a key volunteer when we started YMCA Training, Inc. As the HR Director at Eaton Vance and with support of Dick Simons, Eileen opened the doors to new jobs for our graduates. Eileen worked with the staff to ensure graduates had all necessary skills to work in financial services companies. She worked with trainees to prepare their resumes and practice interview skills. She was a leader on our Board of Advisors. But for me as the Executive Director she was a mentor, a trusted advisor. Her professional demeanor combined with her lovely Irish lilt and wonderful smile supported me through recessions and funding challenges. For her family, this is the story I would share at the wake we cannot have. My sympathy to all of you as we celebrate a woman who put her faith into action and loved so many.
