Rest In Peace my good colleague and friend. You were a wonderful person. God bless you.
My condolences and my prayers at this sad time.
Marilyn was a special person to so many friends. She loved her nieces and nephews and spoke of them often. I have known Lyn just these last few years, but heard stories of her family and library friends. Yes she was so intelligent but more than anything she showed kindness and love to all. My condolences to all. She will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Marilyn’s death.
When I think of Marilyn, I think of a woman of great wit who had the ability to make friends with so many people of different backgrounds.
She was a top notch Librarian.
It was a joy to know her.
She had wit and charm and was always a joy to talk to.
A friend who paid attention to all the details, like great architecture! She had an amazing memory for dates, people, events, etc. and was generous beyond. I’m at the point where I can’t think of my life without her!?
I worked for Marilyn for less than a yr. she was one of the best bosses I had among many, a true mensch. I wish more were like her. She was definitely a people person and I enjoyed her company.
My father worked for years and years with Marilyn and she was a part of our family since before I can even remember. I remember as a teenager working at the BPL how she always got a kick out of whatever my brother and I were up to. She was an aunt to so many young people, patient, attentive and just the most delightful soul.
She may have passed but she lives on in all of us whose lives she touched. She will be truly missed.
