I am a daughter of Marie Crahan(91yrs old&living in County Meath,Ireland).Marie’s dad Thomas Crahan was a brother of Jack’s grandfather who emigrated to U.S.A and had one son (Jack’s dad ).We are deeply saddened to hear of Jack’s death and wish to extend our sympathies to his wife Mary and the Crahan family May Jack’s gentle soul rest in peace.I first met Jack in 1972 when I was in his parents’ (John& Mary) summer home on Lake Winnepesaukee) and last saw him over a decade ago on his trip to Ireland where we enjoyed Jack and his wife’s Mary company.Though at a distance we share the red blood of his Irish ancestry and value any contact from Jack’s surviving relatives as Jack’s death severs the one consistent link and point of contact we had with the family of my granduncle John.
