Alfredo De Andrade 73, of Boston, Massachusetts passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Boston Medical Center.

Alfredo was born December 08, 1944 in Feijoal Mosteiros, Fogo-Cape Verde. Alfredo was a loving Husband, Father, Uncle, Grandfather and amazing friend. He worked very hard to provide for his family, and believed in being present in all of his children’s lives; whether it was birthdays, doctor’s appointment, graduations or just a hug, he always found a way to be there for his family even through all of his challenges in life. He remained humble, joyful and spiritual until the end.

Alfredo De Andrade was survived by 7 daughters Carolina Andrade, Maria Andrade, Sandra Andrade, Celeste Andrade, Claudia Andrade, Amanda Busby, and Vanessa Andrade and 3 sons Nicolau Andrade, Jose Andrade, and Manuel Andrade and his wife Maria R De Andrade. He also has 12 grandchildren, Julian Zelaya, Sydney Andrade, Alyssa lopes, Demitri Andrade, Nicholas Lopes, Ethan Figueroa, Olivia Andrade, Isaiah Miranda, Sabrina Andrade, Zoe Busby, Adrian Miranda and Sophie Busby.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, November 1 at Dolan Funeral Home 1140 Washington St., DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS from 5-9pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Parish, 278 Bowdoin St. Dorchester on Friday, November 2 at 10am. Interment at New Calvary Cemetery 366 Cummings Highway Roslindale, Ma 02131.  Relatives and friends invited
