Gail Kaler Leslie

Gail Kaler Leslie of Milton, MA, 64, beloved wife of John H. Leslie, passed away on July 5th after a courageous battle with cancer.  Beloved daughter of the late Robert J. and Joanne (Bowen) Kaler; she was the dear sister of Mary K. Chapin [Steven] and Stephen [Maryann], Robert [Liri], Timothy, Thomas, and the late Lisa Kaler. She was also devoted to 11 adoring nieces and nephews, and through marriage a loving daughter, son, granddaughter and grandson.

Gail will be fondly remembered by her family and her numerous cousins, friends, and colleagues for her extraordinary wisdom, kindness and constant support.  A summa cum laude graduate of Boston College School of Nursing (BSN) and Yale Graduate School of Nursing (MS), Gail was a longtime Clinical Nurse Specialist in the Urgent Care Psychiatry unit at Massachusetts General Hospital (“MGH”) in Boston, where she was a highly valued and respected Senior Ethics Consultant on the MGH Optimum Care Committee. She grew up in Milton, attending St. Mary of the Hills School and then Fontbonne Academy, and lived there all of her life.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Mary of the Hills Church, Saturday July 14 at 10:00 AM.  Relatives and friends invited.  Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE, Thursday July 12 and Friday July 13 from 7-9 PM.  Interment Milton Cemetery.
