Charles F. Fellows III, of Scituate and Bonita Springs, FL, formerly of Milton, age 80, April 3, 2018.
Beloved husband of Lorraine A. “Rainey” (Rentel) Fellows. Loving father of Storme Eckelhofer and her husband Richard of Scituate and Charles F. Fellows IV and his wife Rachel of Westport. Grandfather of Erik, Drew and Christian Eckelhofer and Molli, Sam, Eleanor and Leah Fellows. Great-grandfather of Liam Fellows. Son of the late Charles F. Fellows Jr. and Jane (Noonan) Fellows. Brother of Robert E. Fellows and his wife Terry of Centerville. Beloved brother-in-law of Edward Rentel of Milton and Verne Rentel of Norfolk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Boston, Charlie served in the US Air Force during the Korean Era. He attended Baylor University and graduated from Northeastern University with honors. Charlie is a past treasurer and president of Wollaston Golf Club.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Elizabeth Church, 350 Reedsdale Road, Milton, Tuesday April 10 at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, East Milton Square, Monday 4-8 PM.
Due to floral restrictions at Massachusetts National Cemetery, in lieu of flowers, donations in Charlie’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
