Judith A. Jacobson

Judith “Judy” A. Jacobson, 82 of Manomet, formerly of Quincy died peacefully at home, with family at her side, Tuesday August 22, 2017 following a long illness. She was the beloved wife of the late James M. Jacobson who died in 2012.

Born July 4, 1935 in Milton, the daughter of the late Charles and Barbara Martin, she was raised and educated in Milton and worked as a school crossing guard for the City of Quincy for 23 years. Following her retirement she and Jim moved to Manomet. Judy also volunteered at Golden Living Center in Plymouth. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Judy is survived by her children Joanne Paolucci and her husband Steven of Plymouth, Janet Feeney of Raynham, James Jacobson and his wife Susan of Franklin, Jeffrey Jacobson and his wife Laurie-Ann of Plymouth, 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was the sister of Jeffrey Martin of Arizona and the late Gerry Martin.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service in the Dolan and Chapman Funeral Home, 5 Canton Ave, Milton Village, Monday August 28th at 11:00. Visitation 10-11 prior to service. Interment at Mount Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy, MA.
