As a 12 year old Caddy At “The Old Wollaston, I had the pleasure of caddying for J Barry Driscoll…That was 1959! He was great to all the caddies. I remember seeing the Driscoll Christmas Card with all the kids lined up on a fence in front of their house! Barry & Kathy were always together at their Kids & Grandchild’s games! Most fun was Shea Field! Barry was The King of Shea Field! He always was great to me & my family! So many people will miss J Barry Driscoll.
I was so sorry to hear of the passing of J Barry. I was never able to meet him, but I can just imagine the person he was based on his wonderful and loving children. Brian & Dennis spoke so highly of him recently during a Jason’s reunion in Boston. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Driscoll family during this difficult time.
All my love,
Joe Colitti
My sincere condolences to Kathi and family. I am in Florida but I am with you in spirit and keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

To Kathy & Family,
So sorry to hear of Barry’s passing while we are traveling.
It’s sad to lose a friend after fifty-plus years of friendship that began in 1966. Ironically, my father died on May 11, 1985 and our son Brian was born on May 15, 1991. Great family!
Cheers, Tim Sheehy & Family
Brian, Dennis, Jay, Jane, and Sally sorry to have heard about the loss of your dad. Your family was good to me when I worked at your insurance agency. My thoughts and prayers are with you, your mom and your families at this time

My deepest sympathies at the passing of Barry. His dedication to the
Company, to BC, to the Church and so many other charitable
endeavors are a true tale of a life well lived. I truly regret that I can

So sorry to hear of the passing of J. Barry. Of all the many people I met in the insurance industry no one was more professional than J. Barry. May he rest in peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this time of loss.
J. Barry was well known and admired in the insurance industry. He inspired many of his children to continue his legacy by following in his footsteps. He had a wonderful reputation of giving back to the community which is also to be admired.
May your memories comfort you. I am very sorry for your loss.

Dear Sally, Mom & Family, May I extend to all my deepest sympathy on the passing of a dear dad and loving husband. Claire Carolan
I have known J. Barry since the early 80’s, beginning with Arbella and the Carney Hospital board which he invited me to join. I can’t believe that has been 37 years. When I met him and was just starting, J. Barry was already a legend not only in the insurance industry but on the South Shore. He was someone that I always looked up to not only for his expertise and great success in this business but as a friend that I could get smart advice from. He has led his life as an example to all of us who try to get it right. His exceptional family, his contributions to his community, reputation and business success are all the things that each of us would like to be remembered for. J. Barry is someone who got it all right and as a result he will be missed that much more and his loss affects everyone deeply. With my sincere sympathy. Ron Cleaves
