Muriel Durham of Roxbury, died Wednesday March 22, 2017.

Beloved mother of Irma Durham, Adjua, Errol Durham, Anita Durham, Oliver Fairbain, Gloria Printemps, Cyril Durham and Garfield Durham. She is predeceased in death by 4 siblings and 4 grandchildren. Muriel is also lovingly survived by 25 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 1 great, great- grandchild. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Muriel was born in Kingstown, St. Vincent. After coming to the United States she became a home health aid for many years. Her family remembers her as a woman who always gave to others; she was a true caretaker for everyone. She was also devoted to her church where she spent countless hours volunteering her time. Muriel’s family was her true passion in life; she loved them with all her heart. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have been part of her life.

Viewing Friday 10:00-11:00am in the The Waymark Seventh- Day Adventist Church, 1048 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00AM in the Church. Interment in Saint Michael’s Cemetery, Boston.
