Frank Sugrue, of Boston and Palm Beach, co-founder, owner, president and producer of The Charles Playhouse, which was one of the most prestigious theater companies in the United States, died Wednesday March 1, 2017.

Predeceased by his parents and siblings, Frank is survived by nieces and nephews and many friends. Private interment will be held at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. A Celebration of Frank’s Life will be held in the future.

Born and raised in Dorchester, Frank earned his Bachelor Degree from Boston University and Law Degree from Northeastern University. He served in the United States Marine Corps.
