Beloved father of Arthur Flaherty of Florida, Terry M. MacLeod of Milton, Brian Flaherty of Bridgewater, Paula Flaherty of South Easton, and the late Kathleen Flaherty. Dear friend of the late Maria W. Sullivan. Brother of James Flaherty and the late Rosanna Hart. Joseph is also survived by five grandchildren, one late grandchild, two great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, cousins, and the Sullivan family.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in Saint Mary of the Hills Church, Milton, Friday December 16 at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON SQUARE, Thursday 4:00 – 8:00 PM. Interment Milton Cemetery.
