Joseph “Nene” Jean Charles passed away Wednesday, November 23 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Laurese Jean Charles. Cherished father of Laura Gabriel, Jean G. Occeus, Adhler Occeus, and Ron Occeus. Grandfather of Tsino and Vincent Gabriel. He also leaves behind his seven siblings. Visitation will be held at the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington St. LOWER MILLS, Thursday, December 1 from 3-5PM. Relatives and friends invited.
