Paul A. Agnetta
Agnetta, Paul A. of Danvers died on September 8, 2016. Beloved brother of Donald Agnetta and his wife Cynthia Plumb of Milton. Cherished best friend of Jeanne (Sutherland) Michael of Danvers and her daughters Katie Provost and her husband Richard and their children Jared and Jason of Beverly and Kelley Lemasters and her wife Keri and their daughter Addison of Wakefield.
Paul was born and raised in Dorchester. He was a Probation Officer at Dorchester District Court for over 20 years before retiring. Paul was a longtime Eucharistic Minister at Saint Gregory Church in Dorchester. He was an Avid sports fan, and especially enjoyed the Red Sox. Most of all Paul loved his family who were the cornerstone of his life. He will be missed by all who had the pleasure to have known and loved him.
A funeral mass will be celebrated in Saint Gregory Church, Dorchester on Monday September 12, 2016 at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday September 11, 2016 2:00-4:00PM in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, Dorchester Lower Mills. Interment in New Calvary Cemetery, Boston.

Paul, you will be dearly missed! You were a wonderful man and would do anything for anyone. I’ll miss going to nice restaurants and enjoying a good meal with you. You brought me to Red Sox games when I was little and I will always remember those times, and the drives home from the games…those were always interesting. Haha. Your sarcastic humor wasn’t something everyone could follow along with but I’d like to think we had a good understanding of each other. You were a big supporter of me and all my endeavors and I will miss you! Thank you for all that you’ve done for me and our family! We love you! XO
