Dear Al,
I can remember when I was young how awesome I thought It was going to hang out down the store. I can never forget all the times he took me to Metrakis Deli ( on a Saturdayor Sunday) and let me help or just watch him whip up a tasty sandwich for one of the Regulars or a random customer whom he always managed to make them feel like they were at home. Al attracted people because of his memorable laugh and his phenomenal personality.
On holidays he could always manage to keep the Dining room table laughing even the family who may have been sad or angry. He could always say the right thing to make sure you had a great day just like he was.
Cooking out every July 4th for Grampie birthday and then Nana’s near Labor Day. He loved to whip up some steaks or chicken, burgers and much more besides. He loved his mother and father and He was a man who took care of his children. He loved both Taylor and Joseph and his newest member Jayden.
I know that we are overwhelmed with grief for the very extremely sudden passing of an Uncle, but also a friend, a father,a brother, and a loved friend to all. We will miss you so much Al.
