Joan was an amazing woman. One of the kindest people I ever met. I’ll never forget the fun time we had in Vegas just sitting on the bench outside Cesar’s gabbing. You were a Mom to many . You are hanging out with everyone up there now….and finally at peace. Tell them all we said hi. You will be missed….love you Big Joan….thanks for everything !!
Such happy happy memories I have of your Mom and all of your family starting with working her at the Carney, suppers at your house which were always delicious, drinking cup after cup of tea and singing with your Dad and laughing with Ma…..she was such a good dear friend to me.I will never forget her many kindnesses or her friendship or her.
Dear Family,
There are so many wonderful memories of Auntie Joan. She was never without a smile and a kind word. We will never forget St. Patty’s Day with Uncle Joey’s corn beef and Auntie just opening her home to all. Auntie never seemed to mind the noise level and the crowded table.
When my mom was going through surgery, Auntie Joan sat at my dad’s side for hours offering support.
One of my favorite memories always involve enjoying a cup of tea with Auntie!
We will miss you Auntie Joan.
