Frances E.( Carney) Proctor nee Lembo, Dorchester, Dec. 16, beloved wife of Edward Proctor and the late Richard Carney. Mother of Richard Carney Jr. of Dorchester and Philip Carney and his wife Donna of Raynham. Step Mother of Leon Proctor of NH, Stephen Proctor of CA, James Proctor of Methuen, Joseph Proctor of FL, Richard Proctor of TN and Mary Proctor of CA. Also survived by 17 Grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Gregory’s Church, Dorchester, Mon.
Dec. 21, at 10 o’clock. Visiting Hours in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington St., DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Sun. 2-6 pm. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery, W.
