Brendan “Mike” Craven (Ret. Sgt. BPD) – Of Quincy, Aug 12, beloved husband of Diana M.  (Tompkins) Craven. Devoted father of Brendan M. Craven, II and his wife Leigh Selby Craven of Falls Church, VA. Son of the late Hon. John J. Craven, Sr. and the late Hon. Katherine (Kane) Craven of Hyde Park. Cherished brother of Patricia Ross of Dedham, Sheila and James Middleton of Milton, Kathleen Passanisi of West Roxbury and her late husband Charles, Barbara and Jay Broderick of Quincy, Timothy and Nina Craven of Dedham, and the late Hon. John J. Craven, Jr. and his surviving spouse Patricia, Maureen and Donald Slade, Pauline and Asaf Qazilbash, Francis X. Craven, and Susan Borek and her surviving spouse Richard. Treasured Uncle “Mikey” to over 50 nieces and nephews, and many grandnieces and grandnephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, West Quincy, Mon. Aug 17, at 10:30 am. Visiting Hours in the Dolan & Chapman Funeral Home, 5 Canton Ave, MILTON VILLAGE, Sun. 2-6 pm. Internment St. Michael’s Cemetery, Boston.
