Luisa Gomes; for those who may know her by “Emma” or ” vovo” was born in Fogo, Cape Verde on December 24th 1923. She departed on June 23rd 2015. Leaving behind 6 children, Eduardo Gomes, Maria Gomes, Ramiro Depina, Maria E Gomes, Ana Gomes and Mario Gomes, 19 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, Elijah and many more. Luisa will be received home by her sisters, Saozinha, Cheti, Yaya, Albertina and nephew Hildo. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Patrick’s Church, Saturday, June 27 at 10AM. Visitation in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington St. LOWER MILLS, Friday 5-8PM. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery. Relatives and friends invited.
