Elizabeth  “Betty”  (Carter) Blakney of Quincy,  formerly o f Dorchester and PA, June 20, beloved wife of the late Robert T. Blakney.  Sister of    Patrick Carter of NJ , Roderick Carter  and Cyril Carter  of  Ireland  and the late Ann Prendergast, Eileen Carter, John Carter and Francis Carter.  Aunt of Ellen Thompson and her husband Stephen of Wollaston, Francis Prendergast and his wife Nancy  of Sandwich.  A  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Gregory’s Church, Tues., June 23, at 10 o’clock.
Visitation in the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite  Ave., EAST MILTON SQUARE, Tues.  9 – 9:45am. Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. The Family wishes to extend a special thank to Betty’s devoted  caregiver Ann  Murphy on  the staff of River Bay Club, Quincy.
