Earl L. Jennings

Jennings_EarlwebpageEarl L. Jennings, of Milton, Nov. 25, Son of the late Kenneth L.  and Ruth  ( Roberts ) Jennings.

Predeceased by his sister, Barbara  R.  Hawes and brother in law Richard F. Hawes and also two nephews, Richard A. Hawes and Donald  B. Hawes.

Given the nickname “Buddy” as a child surviving nieces and nephews, Bonnie J. Lambrecht (Dick) of Dallas, TX,  Walter F. Hawes of Garden City, SC, David B. Hawes (Susan) of North Myrtle Beach, SC,  and Cheryl  L. Evans (Bill) of Conway, SC loving called him  – “UNCLE BUD”.

Bud  served as as a Seaman 1st Class for the Navy in World War II.  He also worked for the Boston Aquarium for several years before retiring. He enjoyed flying planes,  trips to the beaches in Maine, vintage cars, playing the organ, and reminiscing  of years gone by.  His home that he grew up in was his castle and he shared it with his  canine companion,  Corky.

Uncle Bud will be loved and missed  and remembered for his unique character that made family and cherished neighbors and friends smile.

A Graveside Service will be held in Milton Cemetery, Monday, December 29th at  1 o’clock.
