Margaret M. “Peggy” Curtis
Margaret M. “Peggy” Curtis (Reinhalter), of Jupiter, Florida, died October 2, 2014 after a long illness. Formerly of Quincy, South Weymouth and Scituate. She is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years David J. Curtis of Jupiter, Florida. Her children D. Stephen Curtis and his wife, Patricia Connolly of Hobe Sound, FL, Kevin J. Curtis and his wife, Jym-Ann of Braintree, Karen F. Hartigan and her husband, Gerard of Sudbury, Susan C. Gile and her husband, John of Denver, CO, Lauren A. McCarthy and her husband, Peter of Scituate, the late Shawn T. Curtis of Rockland, ME, Robin J. Christensen and her fiancé, David Vest of Marietta, GA, Glenn A. Curtis and his wife, Elizabeth of Hampton, NY and Marilyn M. Gordian and her husband, Michael of Dodge City, KS. She was the grandmother of Neal Curtis of New York, Ryan Curtis and his wife, Nicole Spaldo of Flanders, NJ, K. Alexander and Samantha Curtis of Braintree, Kelley Leimkuhler and her husband, Andrew of McLean, VA, Katherine Chiarelli and her husband, Matthew of Westboro, Alexandra and J.D. Gile of Denver, CO, Heather Gile of Melbourne, Australia, Jamie Gile of La Jolla, CA, Shannon McCarthy of Braintree, MA, Shawn McCarthy and his wife, Rebecca of Fairfield, CT, Chad and Connor Christensen of Marietta, GA, Matthew Gordian of Dodge City, KS. She was the great-grandmother of Thomas and Eleanor Leimkuhler of McLean, VA, Carolyn, William and Madison Chiarelli of Westboro, Jack and Conor McCarthy of Fairfield, CT and Daphne Curtis of Flanders, NJ. She was the sister of Priscilla Greene of Braintree, Lois Mahoney of Hanover and the late Ambrose Reinhalter of Braintree. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Agatha Church, Adams Street at Brook Road, Milton, Wednesday October 8 at 10:30 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Avenue, EAST MILTON, Tuesday 4 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations in Peggy’s name may be made to the Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
