To Joe’s Children and all the Higgins Clan,
We pray that Joe is finally at Peace after such a long battle into the presence of our Lord and loving embrace of his dear wife, Peggy.
I will always remember Joe’s laugh and he was never lost for words or a good story. He was great to my Mom and Dad and all of us and often stopped by to say ‘hello’.
I am so blessed to have know my cousin Joe most of my life and see his family grow and have families of their own.
We will miss him at the family gatherings but he will never be forgotten.
May Joe and Peggy give you the strength to see you through this time of sadness and loss.
