Wayne J. Parham II
Wayne J. Parham, II of Boston passed away on May 9, 2014. He was the devoted husband of Phyllis Parham. Son of Wayne J. Parham, Sr. Loving father of Tamecka Hardmon and her husband Richard of Rehoboth, Wayne J. Parham, III of Boston and Nathan Parham of Boston. Wayne also leaves his siblings Joanne Jenkins, Pauline Parham and Robert Wilkins. He was the doting grandfather of Richard Curtis, Zachory, and Jairus Hardmon and Wayne, IV and Anastasia Parham. Wayne is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 14th at Unity Tabernacle of Holiness, 2 Greendale Road in Mattapan from 10AM-12PM. Interment Saint Michael Cemetery.

I worked with Wayne for 6 years. He was my go-to person for keys on my floor–Seton 5 West. He also changed the security codes for our doors. Wayne was a lovely, kind and generous man. He was understanding and gentle when he came up for emergencies. He was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I was sorry when he needed to leave St. E’s and very saddened to learn of his death. Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of ” The General”. In the short time I knew Wayne he and I became very good friends and I feel Blessed to have known him for the short time that I did. My he be resting in peace with the Heavenly Father. God’s Speed.

Orchard Park days. Wayne’s wife Phyllis was a close friend and
neighbor when they wed.
