My condolences go out to Ramona and all of you and Cecil’s children on the passing of your wonderful husband and their loving father. We know he is not alone right now. He is in heaven being cuddled in his mom’s arms and being lifted up by his sisters Barbara, Janice and Sylvia and his brother Kenny. Cecil has been called home and one day you will be called home to be with him. I know your hearts are aching now, but a calming peace will come over all of you soon. K
