David A. Dahlroos, Jr.,  of Hingham, formerly of Quincy, March 22, 2014.  Beloved husband of the late Isabel V. (Gallot) Dahlroos.  Loving father of David A. Dahlroos, III, and his wife Debra of Nashville, TN, Laraine H. Malley and her husband William of Rockland and Nancy I. O’Hara and her husband Daniel of Weymouth.  Grandfather of  David Dahlroos, Kristin Porter, Kristina Lyttle, Christopher Malley, Jennifer Levy, Carolyn Peters, Kerry Cadete, Kevin O’Hara and Ryan O’Hara.  Also survived by 15 great grandchildren.

David was a member of the Viking Club , Masonic Lodge and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for over 50 years.  He  enjoyed being with his wonderful wife, 3 children, 9 grandchildren and  15 great grandchildren- who always managed to brighten up his day whenever he saw them .  David  always felt so blessed to have such a wonderful family.

In his spare time David enjoyed watching the Red Sox.  He was an avid baseball fan and felt lucky he was able to see the Red Sox win the World Series last year when he was 95.

Funeral Service  will be held on Wednesday, March 26 in the Good Shepherd Lutheran  Church, 308 W. Squantum St.  Quincy (corner of W. Squantum St. & Harvard St. at 11:00 AM.  Relatives and friends invited.  Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral  Home, 460 Granite Ave., EAST MILTON, Tuesday, 4-8 PM.  Interment Cedar Grove Cemetery.  If desired contributions in David’s name may be sent to the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.
