Luce A. Pamphile
Luce A. Pamphile of Dorchester, MA, born in Meyotte, Petion-Ville, Haiti, passed away while preparing to come home after a short stay at Boston Medical Center on Tuesday July 23, 2013. She was 87 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Jeremie Pamphile. She was the cherished and loving mother of Michaelle, Maude, deceased son Alex, Chantal, Ingrid, Marie Claude, Gina, and Darlene. Sister to Lucia Laurent, and of the late Marthe Laurent Pamphile, Lina Laurent Kersaint, Rosita Laurent Jean-Paul, Remy Laurent, Raymond Laurent and Denis Laurent. Luce (Soeur Pamphile) is survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Visitation hour at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, is Friday August 2, 2013 from 6:00-9:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Saint Matthew’s Church, 33 Stanton Street, Dorchester, Saturday August 3, 2013 at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends are invited.
Interment will be at Maurette cemetery, Petion-Ville, Haiti.

I knew Ms. Pamphile as a neighbor who always carried herself in a elegant way. Friendly with a warm greeting smile, kind words, with a caring aura. Her Regal presence will be sorely missed by us.
