Don’t think of her as gone away,
Her journey’s just begun.
Life holds so many facets,
This earth is only one.
Just think of her as resting
From the sorrow and the tears,
In a place of warmth and comfort,
Where there are no days and years.
Think how she must be wishing
That we could know today,
How nothing but our sadness
Can really pass away.
And think of her as living
In the hearts of those she touched,
For nothing loved is ever lost,
And she was loved so much.

Death leaves a heartache only time can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
With our Deepest Sympathy
As a young man I can never forget the warm and welcoming feeling you and your family gave to my parents when we moved to Mattapan in 1975.
We were the second Haitian family in the neighborhood to move in. How times have changed.
It was an honor to have met you, I regard you not as a neighbor but someone who looked out for all of us as God’s Children.
Thank you for raising such a beautiful family so that I can always have a model to look at and live up to.
God Bless Madame Lacombe I will miss you. RIP

Lord, when sorrow grips our hearts as we think about the death of one close to us, remind us of the joy You are experiencing as our loved one enjoys the pleasures of heaven. Please allow that to give us hope and comfort. A sunset in one land is a sunrise in another.
Peace be with you all
