I was John’s volunteer from Beacon Hospice, I visited with John on Fridays most weeks. John was a thoughtful, generous and loving man. He always spoke fondly of his beautiful family, he loved to brag about his devoted wife, daughter and late-son, grandson, great grand-daughter. He told many stories of his days in the Navy and life in Hawaii. It was always a pleasure to see him on Fridays, no matter what he was doing – he would always stop and talk excitedly with me. He has definitely left a mark on my heart and I will miss my Fridays with John. My condolences to his friends and family.
Romans 15:13
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Today, you can’t even imagine a tomorrow. As hard as it will be, tomorrow will come.
Tomorrow holds healing. Tomorrow holds hope. Tomorrow holds life. May the God of your past be the God of your tomorrows.
