Richard F. Devlin, a retired Trial Court Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, died at his home in Quincy, Friday June 22, 2012. Beloved husband of the late Ellen (Callahan) Devlin. Devoted father of Daniel L. Devlin of Quincy and Jennifer Dominici of OR. Brother of Susan P. Devlin of Quincy and the late James W. Devlin. Prayer Service at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Ave., MILTON, Monday June 25 at 11 o’clock. Visitation Monday from 10 to 11AM. Interment Private.

Richie and I were brother court officers in Quincy and he will always be regarded as a good friend. Through his rough exterior and no-nonsense work ethics, Richie was a big teddy-bear and I will always remember and cherish the laughs and good times we shared.
