Bonita Jo “Bonnie” Gilchrist
Bonita Jo “Bonnie” Gilchrist, a retired account manager, died at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Boston, Sunday April 3, 2011. She was 49 years old.
Born and raised in Boston, she was an account manager at Fidelity Investments for many years.
Loving mother of Taylor E. N. Gilchrist. Sister of Barbara Slater and her husband Marcus of Dorchester. Aunt of Nyghesty Moore-Slater. Daughter of the late Robert Gilchrist and Thelma Williams-Gilchrist.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Gregory Church, 2215 Dorchester Avenue, Dorchester, Thursday, April 7 at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Wednesday 6-9 PM. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery.

I am truly sorry to hear of Bonnie’s passing. I met Bonnie back in 1989 through a friend and Bonnie was instrumental in getting me my job a M.I.T. 20 years ago which I am so very grateful for. I send my deepest condolences to her daughter and family.
