I worked with Frank while I was with the 803rd Med Group and the 327th Medical Co. (CLR), USAR. I found him to be a wonderful, considerate and capable leader. My condolences go out to his family.
Our sympathy to all members of Frank’s family. We had the pleasure
of a visit from Frank the last time he visited P. E. I. It was very evident that he loved his family very much. You will miss him. Prayerful best wishes to his daughter, Eileen, grandchildren, Erin, James and Erica and to Dorothy, Bill, Elaine and Marie. God Bless!

Frank, you will be sorely missed by me. You were the greatest mentor and friend that a man could have. You were a father figure, guide, friend, and leader to just about everyone I ever knew within the 804th Command Structure. I regret that myself and Gary did not have more opportunity to visit you in Peabody. It took us 2 years to find you. May you rest in peace and your troubles and pain be gone. I am sure that you will have a joke and story to pleasure the Lord in Heaven with.

You were among the great ones. My deepest sympathies and prayers to Sue and your family.
may the road rise to meet you, the wind be always at your back and until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand.
