Izilda R. Da Silva
of Canton, formerly of Dorchester, died Wednesday February 17 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She was 80 years old.
Beloved wife of the late Andre B. Da Silva. Izilda is the loving mother of eight children and survived by twenty-two grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, two brothers and one sister.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Saint Patrick’s Church, Dudley St. at Blue Hill Ave., Roxbury, Monday February 22 at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Sunday 4-7 PM. Interment New Calvary Cemetery.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Mama wasn’t just a neighbor to us, she was a part of our extended family. She was well loved in our cul-de-sac in Tampa and she will be greatly missed.
