45, of the Mattapan section of Boston, died at Beth Israel Hospital on December 6, 2009.

Born on the island of St. Vincent, West Indies, Carol worked for many years as a Librarian at the Massachusetts State House.

Carol is survived by her son, Daniel, her mother, seven sisters and three brothers.
