Sending love and hugs to each of you. I take great comfort in knowing the joyous reunion that is taking place in Heaven. I have wonderful memories, as do all of us “Bear Island Kids” of fun and laughter echoing across the lake (oh sure some hollering too!) I loved when I got your parents all to myself, staying with them in early spring out on the island. I have fond memories of chocolate chip cookies from school, being tucked in with so many heavy blankets I couldn’t move and of course my famous birthday cake! Billy swore we would all sink to the bottom of the lake. It was great to bring out Sharon’s kids this summer. We got to visit and reminisce. On Angel’s Wings my tears dissolve a smile appears with life-long memories that will remain close to my heart. Rest in Peace.

Eleven years ago we bought a candy store and were told about a woman they called “the Jordan Almond Lady”…then we met Estelle. We will miss seeing her curly hair, bright smiling eyes and warm interest in how all of us were doing.
