Very sad to hear this news. I worked with Rich at Business Express from the late 1980’s through 1994 and he was a good friend. I kept in touch with him over the years and saw him last Fall. We talked “airline stuff for an hour or so and it was just like old times.
He will be missed
My first reaction upon hearing the news was one of shock and deep loss. But as I reflected on the 35 or so years I have known Rich, I soon found myself smiling. I was thinking back on all the times he made me laugh, as we followed the call of our mutual airline interests to Florida, California, Colorado (and many other places).
I know he will be missed by many, but our grief will give way to the fond memories of what he added to our lives.
The suddenness adds to the sorrow. Rich was a good, caring guy and always helpful. He will be missed
I am very sorry for your loss.
He will be remembered in my prayers.

My condolenses to his loved one’s. I have good memories of Rich while working with him at Business Express. Always the gentleman.
When I heard the news about Rich I was greatly sadened. Rich and I worked together at Business Express for two years. He was a tireless worker and was dedicated to his work and a great guy to be around. He was masterful at what he did and was successful at beating the competition despite lacking their resources.
Rich has touched so many people in a positive way and that is what I will remember about him the most.
God bless!
We are saddened to hear of Rich’s passing. He was such a wonderful person with a gentle soul.
We will miss you Rich, you were truly one of a kind. May God Bless you and your loved ones always. Our deepest Sympathy & heartfelt prayers.
We worked together at BEX also. Sorry to hear this sad news, and sorry for your loss. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Rich – I miss having you as a friend.
So many fond memories of chasing airplanes and hanging out at airports, and the annual airliner slide shows at your place around Thanksgiving in the Eighties and Nineties.
It’s just very fitting that arrivals to Logan Airport’s runway 4R pass right overhead your place of final rest.
You are missed by so many people.
