of Boston, February 9, suddenly beloved daughter of Garlene (Andre) Malivert and Jonas Luma. Loving Twin sister of Charlene Luma, sister of Sergina Cadet, Jachell, Joenell and Jayden Luma. Denise is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Denise was a lifelong resident of Boston. She was a graduate of the John D. O’Bryant High School class of 1999, Northeastern University class of 2004, and was enrolled as a graduate student at Northeastern before her recent illness.
Denise was employed as a Financial Aid Advisor at Universal Technical Institute. She was also a member of Young Black Womens Society.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday in St. Gregorys Church, Dorchester at 10 AM. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting Hours from the Dolan Funeral Home 1140 Washington St, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS on Friday 4-8 PM. Donations in Denise’s memory may be made to the Lupus Foundation of New England, 40 Speen St Suite 205, Framingham, MA 01701. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery.
