Robert K. Bold
Robert K. “Bobby” Bold, 54, of Weymouth, died suddenly at home June 26, 2015. Born in Milton May 22, 1961, the son of Jeanne ( Desmond) Bold of Weymouth and the late Robert K. Bold, Sr., he had lived in Milton before moving to Weymouth 18 years ago. A graduate of Milton High School, he worked as a car salesman for many years. An avid golfer, he will be remembered as personable, social and a loyal fan of all the Boston sports teams. Bobby had a great sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with his many friends.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his brother, Stephen C. Bold of Milton, and his sisters, Lisa M. Loomis and husband, Clay of Granite Bay, CA and Susan B. Smith and her husband, Gary of Weymouth. Bobby is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Paris and Hunter Loomis, Alexandra and Luke Bold and Jordan Smith.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Agatha Church, Adams Street and Brook Road, Milton on Thursday, July 9 at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours at the Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Ave East Milton Square, Wednesday 4 to 8 p.m. Interment Milton Cemetery.

I was sorry to read of Bobby’s death in the Patriot Ledger. I live in Texas now but regularly read the paper online. I was Bobby’s kindergarten teacher at Collicot School in Milton. He hadn’t changed at all. I recognized the picture before I noticed the name.
I remember him as an always happy, fun student.
