Patricia A. Walsh
Patricia A. Walsh of Milton died Saturday July 26, 2014 after a courageous three year battle with cancer. Pat died peacefully in her home surrounded by her devoted friends. She was 68 years old. Pat was a retired Boston Public school teacher who taught for many years at the John Boyle O’Reilly School in South Boston, the Sarah Greenwood School in Dorchester, and the James F. Condon School in South Boston. Pat was also active in the Boston Teacher’s Union. An avid golfer and enthusiastic traveler, Pat was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret O’Toole. Pat is survived by many loving cousins and devoted friends. Visiting hours at Dolan Funeral Home, 460 Granite Ave., East Milton Thursday from 4-8 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated in St. Mary of the Hills, 29 St. Mary’s Rd, Milton, Friday August 1, 2014 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment Milton Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made in Pat’s memory to the “Pat Walsh Cancer Patient Support” fund at the Boston Medical Center Office of Development, 801 Mass. Ave., Suite 100, Boston, MA 02118-2393.
